Climbing coaching sessions at Fort William Mountain Festival

Chalk climbing on the cliff's around Saltdean, most climbs are bolted!! and grades are between 3 and 7C that's C for Chalk!! between 15 and 30 meters.
you will need to be experienced in ice climbing technique.

Basic Night Navigation session.
There is no specific date for this so please see the email bellow.
Areas we will cover will include, compass operation, map scales, map symbols, rights of way, footpaths understanding contours, grid references.
practical exercises using your map properly. map detail, timing, pacing,
taking bearings on the map and following them on the ground and simple point-to-point navigation.
This is a basic course for PMC members with no map reading experience, we will spend 2/3 hours navigating in the dark. one day in the week
